About
My general research interest is microbial evolution. My main methodologic approaches involve genomics, metagenomics and bioinformatics. I am currently working on genomic and metagenomic approaches to study bacteria inhabiting the oral cavity in order to find new strategies against oral diseases (primarily dental caries).
